About Reservit Smart Pricing
Define pricing rules: minimum stay requirements, last-minute discounts, high-demand multipliers. Smart Pricing reads live occupancy from your Reservit account and applies rules automatically — no manual intervention needed. Rules are configured inside your ReserveWithIt dashboard and pushed to Reservit via the official API. Full audit trail shows which rules triggered at which times and the resulting rate changes applied to your Reservit property.
How to get started
Add to cart and checkout
Add the module to your cart and complete checkout. A payment link and account access instructions are delivered by email.
Access your ReserveWithIt account
Use the emailed access link to open your account dashboard. Your Reservit module is waiting to be configured.
Connect your Reservit API credentials
Enter your Reservit API key in Settings → Connected Reservit Account. Need your API key? See the Reservit access guide.
Configure and activate
Follow the in-app configuration wizard specific to this module. First sync with your Reservit account occurs within 15 minutes of activation.
